From Butte we headed north to Glacier National Park where we drove up the The Going-to-the-Sun Road, We only got so far as the road was closed before we got to the top. (never did find out why). We then turned around along with everyone else and wound our way back down to the park area at West Glacier, where we stopped for lunch before heading for our hotel in Kalispell.
